Responsibilities
Serve as the receptionist, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
Manage and coordinate calendars for nine office managers, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication.
Perform accurate data entry while maintaining organized records and internal databases.
Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and manage related budgeting.
Support client relations by preparing appreciation gifts, mailings, and correspondence.
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and internal communication support.
Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Friendly, polished, and professional interpersonal style.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Previous experience in office administration, reception, or executive support is strongly preferred.
Must be open to completing MS 365 skills testing prior to hire.
Interest in a temp-to-hire role with long-term growth potential.
