The Accounting Clerk will support the full AP and AR cycle, including customer purchase order processing, invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, collections support, sales tax reporting, and administrative documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders from receipt through estimates, invoicing, shipping paperwork, and related documentation.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment posting, collections monitoring, and customer account reconciliation.
- Support accounts payable and general accounting activities while maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, purchase orders, and customer accounts.
- Prepare bank deposits, assist with multi-state sales tax reporting, and communicate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, archiving, document organization, and communication with administration, sales, and service teams.
- Pay range: $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Job type: Direct hire.
