- Maintains and balances prepaid accounts.
- Perform daily accounts payable functions and backup receivables functions.
- Reconciliation of month-end and year-end.
- Develop and maintain accounting process and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare journal entries and month end accruals.
- Prepare month-end and year-end balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent.
- 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
