Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including equipment and workstations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and process payments efficiently
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent service
- Uphold Starbucks' brand standards in appearance, product quality, and customer interactions
Qualifications
