What You’ll Do
As our sanitation superhero, you’ll:
- Lead and motivate a hardworking sanitation crew
- Build schedules, train team members, and coach for success
- Make sure every inch of the facility meets top sanitation and hygiene standards
- Own sanitation SOPs, GMPs, HACCP practices, and food safety expectations
- Conduct inspections, tackle sanitation challenges, and keep us audit-ready
- Manage sanitation supplies, chemicals, and equipment like a pro
- Partner with Production, QA, and Maintenance to keep operations flowing smoothly
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety
Basically… you’ll be the reason our facility stays clean enough to impress auditors and safe enough to protect the products people count on every day.
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence and clean with purpose:
- 5 years of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing
- Supervisory experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, HACCP, GMP, EPA, and OSHA requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Ability to think fast, adapt quickly, and solve problems creatively
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and ever-changing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field preferred
