We’re Hiring: Human Resources Assistant

Can you juggle paperwork, employee questions, orientations, recruiting events, and still remember where the extra uniforms are stored?

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Human Resources Assistant, you’ll help keep the HR department running smoothly while supporting the amazing employees who keep our operation moving every day.
Your daily adventures may include:
- Welcoming new hires and helping them feel at home
- Conducting orientations and onboarding paperwork
- Answering employee questions with professionalism and positivity
- Assisting with recruiting, interviews, and hiring events
- Managing employee files like an organizational superhero
- Helping with lockers, uniforms, and HR requests
- Supporting the front reception desk when needed
- Scanning, filing, emailing, copying… and occasionally saving the day
Basically, you’ll be the friendly face and organized brain that helps hold everything together.
