Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including design, production, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status to company management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project execution.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the sign manufacturing, construction, or a related technical field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
