Requirements
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary interface with KO, COR, and MDMC leadership
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across all task areas
- Manage risks, issues, and performance metrics
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and task prioritization
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, reporting, and deliverables
- Lead weekly status reporting and stakeholder briefings
- Coordinate mission support and surge activities (RGS process)
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years' supervisory/program management experience
- 2 years' experience managing IT systems of similar size and complexity
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience supporting DoD or Marine Corps programs
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud environments
- Active SECRET clearance preferred; must be eligible for SECRET clearance and CAC/MCEN access
