Senior Optimization Consultant with deep expertise in the Workday ecosystem to assess, optimize, and enhance current system configurations, integrations, reporting, security, governance, and operational processes.
This individual should be both strategic and hands-on, capable of diagnosing current-state challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and directly implementing scalable solutions across the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing Workday configurations, business processes, integrations, reporting structures, and security models
- Diagnose system inefficiencies, gaps, and optimization opportunities across functional and technical areas
- Design and implement improvements to streamline workflows, enhance user experience, and increase operational efficiency
- Review and optimize governance frameworks, security roles, and compliance-related processes
- Evaluate current integrations and recommend enhancements for scalability, automation, and data integrity
- Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, Technology, Legal, and other stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives
- Provide strategic recommendations while also executing configuration updates and hands-on system changes
- Support change management, testing, documentation, and ongoing system optimization initiatives
- Establish best practices and sustainable operating models for long-term platform health and governance
- Extensive hands-on experience within the Workday platform

- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
