Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Raiser''s Edge Experience Required
6 Months Contract
Location: Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with hands-on experience using Blackbaud Raiser''s Edge to support donor database management and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, record maintenance, gift processing, and reporting support within the Raiser''s Edge environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain donor, constituent, and gift records in Raiser''s Edge.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and duplicate record management.
• Process donations, pledges, acknowledgements, and fundraising campaign updates.
• Generate routine reports and export/import data as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of donor information.
• Support fundraising, finance, and development teams with database-related requests.
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and data quality improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of data entry or database administration experience.
• Strong working experience with Blackbaud Raiser''s Edge.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or donor management environments.
• Knowledge of gift processing and donor stewardship workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and database best practices.
