Server:

Position Scope:
The Server’s role is to provide “Guest First” service and ensure every guest feels welcome, well taken care of, and eager to return. Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience through professional, attentive, and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with Guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner
• Present menus and explain daily specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring all items are delivered promptly and correctly
• Anticipate Guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests
• Monitor tables and stay aware of Guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Assist in pre-bussing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized dining room
• Support fellow team members and promote a team-oriented work environment
• Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen protocols
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages
• Complete side work and assigned cleaning duties before, during, and after shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations
• Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Always represent Apizza Regionale in a positive, professional manner
• Perform related duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty

Bartender:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about crafting unique cocktails and who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, and cleaning glassware.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for guests.
• Stay informed about new drinks, bar equipment, and industry trends to enhance the bar menu and offerings.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory management and bar setup/breakdown.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beer and wine selections.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as cases of alcohol and kegs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of restaurant service experience preferred
• Must have a working knowledge of dining room and service procedures
• Ability to take direction, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with both team members and guests
• Must be 21 years of age or older
