We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and personalized recommendations
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and catering or banquet service as needed for special events
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, fine dining, or banquet environments is highly desirable (Not Required)
- Proficiency with POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations accurately
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations
