Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau/Power BI) Contract
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support dashboard development and data reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Tableau, SQL, and Excel, with exposure to Power BI. This role involves transitioning existing Tableau dashboards into Power BI and building new reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
- Transition existing Tableau dashboards into Power BI
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL and reporting tools
- Write queries and pull data from databases to support business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Provide insights into sales data and operational performance
- Conduct (or support) onsite training sessions when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI roles
- Strong experience with Tableau and Advanced Excel
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills and database understanding
- Ability to understand business context behind data and dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor s degree in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI
- Exposure to NetSuite
- Background in Sales Operations, Analytics, or Healthcare industry
- Understanding of sales alignment and reporting structures
Work Schedule
- Hybrid: 2 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Candidates must be local to Irvine, CA

Salary : $50 - $55
