Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data infrastructure that supports investment research, analytics, and reporting.
This role focuses on developing robust data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data availability, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines
Build and optimize data architectures and workflows for analytics and reporting
Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across systems
Work with large datasets using big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to deliver data solutions
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Optimize performance and scalability of data processing systems
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
6 years of experience in Data Engineering or related field
Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data pipeline development
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (Python or Scala)
Experience with big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
