Job Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator is a dual-function role combining hands-on warehouse responsibilities with digital logistics and ERP system management. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations by handling shipping, receiving, inventory, deliveries, and data entry. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both physical tasks and system processes.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain warehouse facilities (cleanliness, lighting, storage) and coordinate equipment and vehicle maintenance across Glendale, Tucson, and Las Vegas locations
- Manage recycling, waste disposal, and vendor services
- Load and unload LTL, UPS, and FedEx shipments; palletize, shrink-wrap, and prepare freight with proper documentation
- Process shipments and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system
- Complete local and regional deliveries, including inter-facility transfers and customer orders (agricultural and Envirosafe)
- Pick, stage, and load orders for delivery; ensure accuracy and safety in outbound shipments
- Conduct inventory counts and audits; maintain truck stock (tools, PPE, delivery materials) and monitor ERP reorder points
- Support filter intake (unboxing, labeling, shelving) and work with the procurement team to manage stock levels
- Plan and maintain delivery schedules; optimize delivery routes; coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams
- Adhere to and support all safety policies and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of warehouse/logistics experience with ERP or WMS use
- Strong physical capability (lifting up to 50 lbs., loading/unloading, standing for long periods)
- Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP)
- Proficient with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
- Detail-oriented and dependable with strong time management skills
- CDL B with hazmat endorsement
- Experience working across multiple warehouse locations
- Familiarity with transportation logistics and delivery planning
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and material handling best practices
