Job Description:
The SNVR Engineer is responsible for owning and advancing the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response platform to improve vulnerability lifecycle execution, data quality, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with Security, IT Operations, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SNVR product ownership, including workflow design, SLA refinement, escalation paths, and data integrity controls.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities such as ticket enrichment, auto‑assignment, and closure validation.
- Build dashboards and reporting that translate vulnerability data into meaningful insights for remediation teams and leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SNVR support, triage, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
- Develop training materials, conduct enablement sessions, and drive communication efforts to increase platform adoption and user confidence.
- Strong background in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC, with the ability to interpret vulnerability data and remediation workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response / Config Compliance and integrations (e.g., Tenable, Qualys).
- Proven ability to design automation, streamline processes, and build effective dashboards within ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous requests and align cross‑functional teams.
