Location: Remote
We are seeking a growth-minded, self-driven Project Manager with telecom experience to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving and often ambiguous environments. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts.

- Experience: 3–5 years (Telecom)
We are seeking a growth-minded, self-driven Project Manager with telecom experience to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving and often ambiguous environments. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive projects end-to-end with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, proactively asking questions to drive clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and vendor partners to deliver outcomes.
- Clearly and concisely articulate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Apply working knowledge of IP and Transport network layers to support project execution.
- 3–5 years of telecom industry experience.
- Strong familiarity with IP and Transport network layers.
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and not afraid to challenge assumptions.
- Proven ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior hands-on experience working in a telecom environment (service provider, network operations, or vendor ecosystem).
- Experience managing cross-functional or vendor-led initiatives.
- Tier 1 US telecom service provider experience.
