We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle using Java, Spring, and modern front-end frameworks-especially ReactJS. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual capable of delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. The candidate must work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring proven expertise in developing secure, maintainable, and user-friendly applications.

Technical Experience
- 10 years of relevant IT development experience.
- 6 years of hands-on web development using Java and Spring.
- Strong experience writing Junit tests.
- 4 years of UI/UX development using HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS (expert-level required), jQuery, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Proven ability to develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) with ReactJS.
- Experience creating custom reusable React component libraries.
- Database experience with any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience building REST APIs (JAX-RS, Swagger, YAML).
- Experience with web services and related development approaches.
- Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies.
- Prior experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with source code management tools: Git, Bitbucket, SVN.
- Experience with build tools: Maven, Ant, etc.
- Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Batch.
- Working experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible Tower, or other similar platforms.
- Comfortable using IDE tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, WebStorm, Atom, Notepad , Sublime Text, or Web Matrix.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and inclusiveness.
- Self-starter with strong motivation, ownership, and innovation mindset.
- Ability to provide technical solutions and contribute to system automation and analysis.
- Capable of designing and developing common/shared reusable solutions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
