Experience: 4 years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
The anticipated pay range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience and qualifications. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, and offer negotiation.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach.
- Perform effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
- Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Manage timely and engaging communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: 4 years of full life cycle Talent Acquisition experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience with the Workday ATS system is preferred.
- Experience in petroleum, utilities, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience supporting high-volume roles is preferred.
