Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- Systems Safety Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Software or Firmware Engineering
- Equivalent engineering discipline supporting system safety
- Strong analytical and engineering problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience with DoD System Safety Programs (e.g., MIL‑STD‑882)
- Experience working with electrical systems and/or combat‑system architectures
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience generating or managing system requirements
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Minimum 5 years of Systems Engineering or Systems Safety Engineering experience
