Location: Las Vegas, Nevada (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Manager for a one-year contract position to support a systems conversion and rebrand project. This role focuses on achieving revenue targets by managing property performance, setting rates, and analyzing market trends. The position involves supporting the conversion of rebranded properties, aligning room types and rates across multiple systems, and ensuring project tasks are completed on schedule. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the Las Vegas office and allowing two days remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Revenue Management tasks for a large-scale systems conversion and rebrand project.
  • Manage and support one or more properties within the US portfolio.
  • Set rates for various room types to achieve revenue goals and budget targets.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and economic changes to inform revenue strategy.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Management, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to ensure task completion.
  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training Revenue Analysts.
  • Track the completion of all rebrand and conversion tasks and update necessary logs.
  • Define rate structures and work with the sales team to approve business travel accounts.

Required Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management, specifically with hotel or timeshare properties. 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe.

Professional Skills: Must be flexible, organized, and detail-oriented. Possess strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • Experience with timeshare properties.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with the OnQ R&I system.
  • Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification.

Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. There is a potential for this role to convert to a permanent position.
