We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a suite of mission‑critical enterprise applications used by a large, distributed organization. This role is highly hands‑on and focuses on production support, incident resolution, and system reliability within a complex, data‑driven environment. The ideal candidate enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating across technical teams, and working in an operational support model.

Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting production systems in a Level 1 / Level 2 support capacity
- Strong incident management and problem‑resolution skills
- Solid SQL/querying experience across enterprise databases
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- This position includes participation in rotational shift coverage and on‑call support, including occasional evenings or weekends.
You will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure incidents in a high‑availability environment
- Analyze complex data and system behaviors to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to address production issues and implement solutions
- Contribute to system monitoring, health checks, and testing efforts
- Create and maintain clear technical and process documentation
- Help improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce recurring issues
- Develop a strong understanding of interconnected systems and business workflows
