What you'll do



As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis, scoping and planning of complex business problems involving multiple stakeholders and applications with cross-domain integration. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will closely collaborate with Docusign’s GTM, Sales Dev and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that are focused on continuous improvement of existing Sales Engagement strategies while also leading experimentation in this space to incorporate newer solutions/AI automations that will scale our business.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Manager, Success & Support IT.

 

Responsibility

  • Design and deliver best-practice, scalable and sustainable business process and workflow design for more complex IT solutions
  • Provide effective and efficient alternatives to complex issues and deliver innovative and scalable solutions
  • Steer more complex IT solutions to appropriate scope, definition, budget, time and resources, while coaching less experienced team members in their work
  • Identify potential or real changes, accurately assesses impact and scope of changes and efficiently adjust large and complex IT strategies and roadmaps in the face of significant change
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and various teams and ensure that desired business outcomes are translated into scalable processes, requirements and solutions
  • Ensure teams adhere to Agile values, principles and industry best practices by incorporating Agile into work and continuously encouraging team adoption. Help teams to achieve sustainable sprint velocity by modeling best practice use of Agile
  • Facilitate requirements workshops to refine expected business outcomes, create amp; groom backlog into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria with a clear definition of done. Lead team backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions and well as user acceptance and signoffs
  • Maintain expert knowledge of DocuSign corporate/business technologies, business processes, standards, operating procedures and other ways of working


Job Designation



Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring



Basic

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
  • 8 years experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Elicitation
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM applications in high technology, subscription software organizations with focus on Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities
  • Experience with enterprise system implementations for global companies >$5B in ARR

Preferred

  • Understanding of business processes related to - “Lead to Opportunity” and “Sales Outreach and Prospecting”
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Experience working on an agile scrum team
  • Experience in Outreach.io or any other Sales Engagement Platform
  • Ability to multi task and scale quickly on newer platforms and processes in a fast paced environment
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent team player able to work with global cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Wage Transparency



Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

California: $126,900.00 - $197,800.00 base salary

 

 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
