Small Talk Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $67/hour to $74/hour
Employment Type: 12 Months Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking a Specialty Software Engineer for a contingent resource assignment. In this role, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables. You will contribute to large-scale planning, analyze complex software engineering challenges, and collaborate with personnel to meet project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 4 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. 5 years of SmallTalk development experience is required.
Technical Skills: A clear understanding of OOPS techniques and design principles is required. Candidates should be able to package and deploy applications built with SmallTalk.
Preferred Qualifications
The pay rate for this position is between $67.81 and $72.33 per hour.

- Package and deploy applications built with SmallTalk in non-production environments.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Specialty Software Engineering.
