Contract: 3-month initial term (extension possible)

Responsibilities

Job Description:
Contract Project Manager – AI Center of Excellence

Experience: 3–5 years
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure predictable sprint execution
- Manage Jira projects, boards, reporting, and backlog hygiene
- Coordinate intake and valuation process for new AI initiatives
- Manage initiatives through all stages of the Capital Expenditure (ARB) governance process
- Provide clear status updates; manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment
- Maintain master data for new and existing AI deployments
- 3–5 years of project management experience
- Experience in CPG environment preferred
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Hands-on Jira administration and reporting expertise
- Comfortable operating within structured enterprise governance and stage-gate processes
