- Develop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using PMO tools and templates.
- Define resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managers.
- Establish, maintain, and update the project risk log, resolving and escalating issues as needed.
- Translate business requirements into actionable, achievable project objectives.
- Monitor and report on project performance, quality, and health indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance the consistency and effectiveness of project delivery.
- Conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgets.
- Manage project change control and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Understanding of the full campaign lifecycle from brief to measurement.
- Familiarity with the development and management of cross-channel direct marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of coordinating various channels, including digital, social, email, events, and PR.
Experience: 5 years of project management experience.
Skills:
- Demonstrated success in applying project management concepts across multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and manage difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to gain and maintain credibility at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- PMI or equivalent certification.
- Understanding of business process improvement and change management.
