Role Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to support a top-level layer of coordination across an enterprise transformation initiative focused on advanced technology capabilities, automation, and application impact across the business. This role will help bring structure, coordination, and disciplined program execution to a rapidly evolving multi-workstream environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Support cross-program planning, coordination, and execution across a complex transformation initiative.
- Help strengthen overall program leadership capacity while the organization remains lean in PM staffing.
- Provide structured tracking, issue management, stakeholder communication, and execution support as new use cases and deployables are brought forward.
- Operate effectively in an environment where scope and future-state details are still emerging.
- Bring practical consulting acumen, strong communication, and a business-value mindset.
- Strong program or enterprise project management experience in complex transformation environments.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
- Strong communicator with a practical, execution-oriented approach.
- Service-provider mindset: concise, intentional, low-ego, and business-value driven.
- Exposure to agile, scrum, and enterprise change environments may be beneficial, but they were not confirmed as formal requirements.
