Role Overview
We are seeking a Technology Business Services Consultant. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services. The position requires reviewing and analyzing complex, multifaceted, or longer-term challenges and contributing to resolutions by collaborating with client personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 5 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, or longer-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring an understanding of function, policies, and compliance.
- Design and build scalable, automated solutions to replace manual workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Focus on code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during development and delivery.

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAS is a plus.
