Software Asset Manager
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: Onsite Monday-Thursday, and can work remotely from home on Fridays)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Asset Manager to oversee software licensing and compliance for a global enterprise environment. This role focuses on audit processes, vendor relationships, and cross-functional communication rather than software engineering. The position will involve working under the Director of IT Asset Management & ITSM and collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5 years of experience in Software Asset Manager or Licensing Management within a global enterprise environment.
Technical Skills: Experience with enterprise-level software from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, and SAP.

- Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives.
- Handle leave coverage responsibilities for the team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 5 years of experience in Software Asset Manager or Licensing Management within a global enterprise environment.
Technical Skills: Experience with enterprise-level software from vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, and SAP.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reporting and data analysis.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management.
- ITAM/SAM certifications (e.g., CSAM, CITAM, ISO 19770).
- Previous industry experience is beneficial but not required.
