Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications for cloud-based accounting workflows.
- Build modern user interface screens using React.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Integrate UI and services with SAP systems, including SAP CAR.
- Contribute to defining a decoupled, scalable architecture.
- Support event-driven integrations using Kafka.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the discovery phase to refine requirements.
- Implement automated testing practices using BDD/TDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to SAP integration and system design.
Technical Skills:
- Full-stack development experience.
- Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
- React for modern frontend development.
- SQL / MySQL for data persistence.
- API development and integration with RESTful services.
- Event-driven architecture, such as Kafka.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP).
- Familiarity with automated testing using Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems like ERP platforms.
- Understanding of distributed and decoupled system design.
- Experience in greenfield or early-stage product development.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, such as an early discovery phase.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Adaptability to evolving requirements and priorities.
- Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
- Familiarity with SAP integrations and APIs.
- Exposure to SAP UI frameworks (e.g., Fiori) and their alternatives.
- Experience modernizing or replacing legacy enterprise systems.
- Background in financial services or accounting systems.
- Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native design patterns.
