Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona (Onsite)

Role Overview
The Operations Portal Support position provides services in support of a U.S. Army customer. This role supports knowledge management to maintain situational awareness and drive current operations. The customer relies on process automation and content delivery to provide timely data to subordinate units. This is a full-time opportunity to support an IT services contract.
Key Responsibilities
Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the information technology field.
Technical Skills:
The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $50.00 per hour.

- Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned tasks.
- Understand task order requirements and possess the skills to execute them.
- Support content staging for portal activities.
- Implement, operate, and maintain a web-based Knowledge Management document library and database.
- Conduct activities in accordance with standard knowledge management processes.
- Design and implement reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive procedures and supporting documentation for applications.
- Design, develop, and deliver SharePoint out-of-the-box solutions.
- Create pages and use web parts in SharePoint designer.
Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the information technology field.
Technical Skills:
- Experience working with SharePoint Online.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Visio, and Excel.
- Understanding of DoD and Army Cybersecurity Policy.
- DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAT II.
- Computing Environment Certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.
