Operations Coordinator

Location: Boise, Idaho

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage in-store digital signage and installation projects. The core work involves managing a high-volume workflow of 10-15 items per day, including reviews, approvals, and feedback loops. Success in this role depends on the ability to manage a rolling queue of work and keep projects moving, rather than deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume, sequential workflow of 10-15 tasks daily.
  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, and feedback for digital signage installations using Smartsheet.
  • Flag and report issues, such as poor-quality photos, and track them to resolution.
  • Iterate on tasks and cycle back to updated items to ensure no deadlines are missed.
  • Maintain meticulous organization to prevent any items from slipping through the cracks.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external installation vendors.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a coordination or operations role is ideal. The emphasis is on functional capability to manage a high-volume workflow over years of experience.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple in-flight items simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet is required as it is the primary tool for workflow management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital signage or in-store retail operations.
  • Familiarity with installation vendors.
  • Background in retail, healthcare, QSR, or any environment involving physical site-based installations.

Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this position is $30.00 to $45.00 per hour. The final pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
