An opportunity is available for a full-time Administrative Functional Support professional to join a team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Melbourne, FL. The role involves supporting internal and external customers through various business services, including Scanning and Document Management, Mail Services, Printing, Engineering Support, and Records Retention, to meet the business needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience with Scanning and Document Management, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and Mail Services is required.
Skills: Candidates must have a clean record to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
This position offers a 9/80 work schedule, which includes working 40 hours per week with every other Friday off. The role provides learning opportunities and exposure to a variety of projects and customers within a team environment. Teleworking is not available for this position.

- Provide customer support and information handling in accordance with established processes and procedures.
- Perform Scanning and Document Management tasks, including scanning documents, aperture cards, and wide-format drawings, file format conversions, quality control, and image cleanup.
- Conduct Engineering Support duties such as research, retrieval, distribution, data updates, and document control.
- Manage Mail Services, including Post Office retrieval, sorting, site deliveries, mail metering, and postage management.
- Handle Records Retention activities, including research, retrieval, new box requests, indexing, and management system updates.
Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience with Scanning and Document Management, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and Mail Services is required.
Skills: Candidates must have a clean record to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

- One year or more of hands-on experience with Engineering Support, Scanning and Document Management, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
- Ability to currently hold and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Prior military experience with a clean record is preferred but not required.
