IT Business Analyst Specialist (SharePoint)
- Provide expert-level SharePoint support to internal teams, enhancing collaboration, document management, and workflow automation.
- Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites; train site owners and users to ensure long-term success.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating needs into actionable solutions.
- Skilled in requirement gathering, process and data flow design, technical specification creation, and business analysis.
- Experienced in defining project objectives and conducting feasibility analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Duration: 3 month contract (potential to extend or convert full-time)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on SharePoint experience
- Ability to support tickets and train site users by end of year
- Strong technical communication skills
