Title: Sr/Lead Business analyst
Location: Falls Church, VA
Job Description:
The primary purpose of the Business Analyst will be to
- Assisting with the business case analysis
- Work with key stakeholders as the lead of the business team
- Eliciting requirements
- Work in an Agile environment to create user stories, backlog refinement etc.
- Requirements analysis and organization
- Translating and simplifying requirements
- Ability to create requirement and design documents, workflow diagrams, mockups (Hybrid Agile)
- Requirements management and communication
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- 7 years of overall experience in Business Analysis
- 1 year working in Health and Human Services (HHS) domain
- Ability to translate business requirements to technology
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to write design documents
Preferred Experience
- Work in Health and Human Services in State Govt
- Work in Integrated Eligibility, Child Care, SNAP, TANF
- Work in Child Welfare domain
