Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and build rapport with advisors
- Detail oriented and organized, able to manage calls, notes, and workflow effectively
- Tech savvy and comfortable navigating reporting tools and Microsoft Office
- Client-facing mindset with a focus on service and relationship building
- Drive to learn the financial services industry (FS is not required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Conduct in-depth conversations to help advisors understand reporting tools, performance data, and report customization.
- Assist advisors in building customizable reports using a 16-template reporting tool. Will be expected to handle 12-15 inbound calls a day.
- Explain subscription options and ensure advisors have the expertise to use the tool effectively.
- Maintain detailed notes, stay organized, and manage daily workflow.
- Responsibilities expand as the consultant gains experience.
