Job Title: Business Execution Administrator 2

Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite after training; initial training onsite)

Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension / contract-to-hire)

Pay Rate: $25 - $28

Top Requirements:

  • 2 years of administrative or business support experience
  • Strong Excel skills (data entry, analysis, pivot tables, formulas such as XLOOKUP/SUMIFS)
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage recurring data and reporting tasks

Plusses:

  • Experience with Power Query or data cleaning/automation in Excel
  • Experience in operations, billing, or financial reporting environments
  • Experience reconciling data across multiple datasets
  • Familiarity with risk, controls, or audit processes
  • Ability to communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Business Execution; proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of business information.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Enter, validate, and manage data within Excel and internal systems
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support forecasting activities
  • Generate and maintain recurring monthly reports for Print Services leadership
  • Perform billing cycle activities, validating financial and volume data
  • Support invoice oversight and coordination with vendors
  • Conduct data reconciliation across multiple systems and files
  • Research exceptions and perform data corrections or reloads as needed
  • Build and maintain Excel files that are refreshable and easy to update
  • Support CVR filings and related reporting requirements
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency efforts
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and business partners
  • Communicate findings, discrepancies, and insights to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple deadlines and recurring deliverables in a fast-paced environment
