Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst for a role within a Global Operations department focused on Tax and Control. The position involves coordinating globally with various teams, including Global Markets Operations, Technology, and Tax Compliance. The successful candidate will drive tax initiatives, manage regulatory implementations, and handle project-related inquiries and escalations in a fast-paced environment. This is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A college degree or comparable work experience in business is required.
Experience: A background in US tax is necessary. Candidates must possess strong reconciliation, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups, is required.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $46.18 per hour. This employer offers a comprehensive benefits package.
