Key Responsibilities
- Coach the team to achieve sprint goals and timelines, driving adherence to the 'Definition of Ready' and 'Definition of Done'.
- Schedule, facilitate, and coach agile routines and ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
- In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate planning for the team, including PI planning events, and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums.
- Enable the team to become high-performing through collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery for key project deliverables.
- Utilize business analyst experience to understand business needs and analyze solutions by building relationships with business partners.
- Develop an understanding of the Treasury space and the applications supported.
Experience:
- Prior Capital Markets experience in driving technology projects.
- Experience with Jira.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Capital Markets product knowledge in Fixed Income or Derivatives.
- Scrum master, PMP, or CFA certification.
- Experience with Quartz or other trading applications.
- Proficiency in Python or SQL scripting.
