What You’ll Do
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Oversee month-end and year-end close
- Manage A/R, A/P, budgeting, and compliance
- Provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights
- Strengthen financial processes as the company grows
What You Bring
- 5 years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
- Manufacturing or retail experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and strong financial acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively with ownership and leadership
