Overview

 

The HVAC Retail Sales Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and support company growth across retail channels. This role works closely with sales, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to align initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent execution in retail stores across the San Francisco Bay Area Market.

Responsibilities:

  • The HVAC Retail Sales Program Manager will develop and manage retail sales programs, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the HVAC product line.
  • Analyze sales performance data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize program effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and clients. 
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of HVAC sales associates.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is knowledgeable about HVAC products and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily based out of Pleasanton location and will travel heavily to retail partners, supplier sites and customer locations,.
  • May require weekend and/or evening work during peak sales periods or promotional events.

 

What Will You Bring:

  • 3 years of proven sales
  • Proven success in developing and leading a team to accomplish area and companywide goals, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Experience in big box or B2C is a PLUS!
  • Solid computer skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Self-motivated, drive to be the best
  • Coaching skills to build a strong team

 

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this opportunity ranges from $90k-$120k annually (combination of base plus bonus). The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

 

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
