- Lead and optimize the daily operations of a high-volume residential HVAC sales department, ensuring performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and drive KPIs, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of comfort advisors and technicians, building both technical excellence and sales capability.
- Implement and elevate sales strategies, driving revenue growth while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Champion the customer experience, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on business performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Standardize processes and documentation, ensuring operational consistency and scalability across the operation.
- Build a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- 3 years of experience in sales leadership (home services leadership experience is strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving measurable performance improvements.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and elevate talent in both technical and consultative sales environments.
