Key Responsibilities- Lead the overall performance of the business with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve key performance metrics, employee retention, memberships, and customer experience.
- Deliver a "gold standard" of service through effective training, accountability, coaching, and data-driven decision making.
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing leadership team while creating clear succession plans across the organization.
- Foster a culture focused on purpose, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain full ownership of the business's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Partner with Apex leadership to identify and execute growth initiatives, including market expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a visible, hands-on leader committed to supporting employees, customers, and the local community.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development efforts that create long-term opportunities for team members.
- 8 years of leadership experience with responsibility for managing teams and delivering business results.
- Experience leading multi-functional teams in home services, construction, skilled trades, field services, retail, distribution, or similar operational environments.
- Direct P&L ownership and accountability strongly preferred.
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic business acumen.
- Proven ability to lead through influence, inspire followership, and develop future leaders.
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and execute effectively.
- MBA preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
