Overview
At Apex Service Partners, we’re looking for a proven leader to run the day to day operations of a successful trades business and drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of our top-performing brands and play a critical role in scaling our platform across the Midwest.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of business operations with full accountability for results.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve key performance metrics and growth targets.
- Deliver a “gold standard” of service through coaching, training, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture that fosters engagement, retention, and career development.
- Drive team growth through hiring, skill development, and succession planning.
- Manage financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
- Serve as a visible, hands-on leader with daily in-person presence required.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of leadership experience in home services or a similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and operational leadership.
- Playbook-driven leadership style with a bias for action.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
- High energy, adaptability, and a proven ability to deliver results.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Deep respect for the Skilled Trades or similar people-focused industries.
