Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HBAC service team to hit performance goals and deliver high-quality service.
- Own daily operations & set priorities, remove roadblocks, and lead with clarity and purpose.
- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team performance and profitability.
- Work with leadership and sales to align operational execution with business growth.
- Ensure job quality, material usage, and timelines meet customer and business expectations.
- Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and quality standards across all job sites.
- 5 years of leadership experience in field service, trades, sales or operations.
- Hands-on experience leading and holding teams accountable to performance results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Balance of people leadership and process improvement skills.
- Clear communicator with strong planning and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience with field service management tools like ServiceTitan is a plus.
