What You Will Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, solve, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service and thorough communication with customers
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Be available for on-call duty
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload
What You Need:
- To be technically proficient with a minimum of 3 years of Commercial technician experience
- EPA License
- JM License or able to obtain within 6 months
- Advanced knowledge of Commercial HVAC Systems and components
- Good communication and listening skills
- Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
- Physical dexterity
Pay: $ $ commission
Days: Monday - Friday, with an on call rotation
Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, depending on customer's needs
