Lead all café operations, ensuring smooth service, excellent food quality, and outstanding client experiences. This role combines hands-on leadership, team development, and operational oversight to deliver Apex’s high standards every day.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, update and execute menus that align with Apex and client expectations
· Oversee food prep, production, presentation, and quality control
· Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
· Manage inventory, purchasing, and kitchen equipment maintenance
· Control budgets, track costs, and prepare accurate reports
· Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff for top performance
· Build strong client relationships and represent Apex at events
· Solving problems quickly to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
· Preferred 3 years of food service or hospitality management experience
· Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
· Able to stand for long periods and lift to 30 lbs.
· Bilingual a plus
