Tuesday–Friday
Saturday, Sunday & Monday OFF every week!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in patients
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits - Prior Authorizations
• Confirm and update patient demographic and insurance information
• Collect copays and payments when applicable
• Maintain accurate information in the electronic medical record
• Assist with referrals, records, forms, and other front-office needs
• Communicate with providers and clinical staff
• Provide friendly, compassionate service to bilingual spanish patients and families

What We’re Looking For

• Previous medical receptionist, medical office, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits is highly preferred
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and electronic medical records
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
