A customer support role processing daily guests and relaying current and accurate information on all Apex PRD programs and activities. Flexible availability is necessary since shifts may include working opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Answering phones, greeting and admitting guests into the center
- Using recreation programming software to Input program registration information.
- Cash handling and perform special projects as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills and be a successful team player.
- Ability to learn computer data input and demonstrate basic knowledge of math skills.
- Must be mature and dependable and use good judgment under stressful conditions.
- Ability to complete work with frequent interruptions and ongoing activities in the work area.
- Experience with registration software is preferred.
- CPR/first aid/AED certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Work may occur in environments with poor acoustics, distractions, or high activity levels.
- Noise levels range from moderate to loud, often due to active children, group interactions, or busy transportation settings.
- Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions including sun, heat, cold, snow, and humidity.
- The position may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, chemically treated water, or other environmental irritants.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit on the floor as needed during activities or tasks.
- Ability to reach, grasp, and handle small objects, tools, or equipment with precision.
- Able to maintain balance and coordination while assisting with physical activities or working on uneven terrain.
- Requires adequate hearing to recognize and respond to sounds, signals, or distress in a variety of environments.
