What You'll Do
- Build relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
- Present and recommend appropriate life insurance and protection solutions
- Guide clients through applications with professionalism and attention to detail
- Work closely with mentors and leadership to develop sales and business skills
- Manage your schedule and pipeline in a performance-driven environment

Compensation
- Commission-based with performance bonuses
- First-year earnings typically range from $60,000–$90,000
- Top performers exceed $100K within their first year
- Advancement is based on performance, not tenure
Licensing Support
- Guidance through the life insurance licensing process
- Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage support
- Startup licensing cost: approximately $350 (waived for licensed agents)
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to obtain a state life insurance license (we provide guidance)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
